脂肪抽吸及皮肤脂肪切除腹壁整形术

ABDOMINAL WALL PLASTY BY COMBINED FAT EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE AND RESECTION OF SKIN AND FAT TISSUE

报道采用脂肪抽吸术与腹壁皮肤脂肪部分切除术,治疗腹壁多脂症35例。腹壁脂肪抽吸量平均为3186ml。皮肤脂肪切除量平均为0.84kg。最高隆凸点腹围,术后比术前减少13cm。1例腹壁皮瓣尖端部分坏死,其余病例均愈合良好。

35 cases of abdominal adiposity weretreated by fat extraction technique combinedwith partial resection of abdonminal adiposetissue and skin. The average total amount ofextracted fat' tissue was 3186ml, and theweight of resected skin and fat was 0. 84kg.The abdominal circumference at the highestprojected point was reduced 13cm postopera-tively compared with the preoperative. Goodhealings were achieved in all cases with anexception of partial necrosis at the tip of theflap.
