非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的腔内手术治疗现状 被引量:5

摘要 膀胱肿瘤是最常见的泌尿生殖系统恶性肿瘤,文献报道占全部恶性肿瘤的3.2%[1]。依据2010年CUA膀胱癌诊断治疗指南,TNM分期为Ta、T1及Tis(原位癌)期而临床上尚未发现淋巴结受侵及无远处转移的为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(non muscleinvasive bladder cancer,NMIBC),
