泌尿系统肿瘤循环肿瘤细胞的检测 被引量：3

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者往往死于全身转移,如果能在转移灶出现之前进行预测,就可以采取更加积极主动的治疗。恶性肿瘤的全身转移是癌细胞自原发灶脱落进入血循环并在其他部位定植的过程，循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells，CTCs）的出现是恶性肿瘤全身转移过程中重要的一步。
