摘要
2011年4月第六届泌尿生殖肿瘤系统会议在沈阳落下帷幕,与会专家对局限低危前列腺癌是否应该先行主动监测（active surveillance）再行根治性治疗等相关问题展开了激烈的辩论,本文简要阐述了双方观点。
