摘要
社区大学的讲座课程建设,要基于学习者和项目课程视角,针对老年、中年及年轻母亲三类人群对相关课程的学习意愿和不同的学习需求,提高课程适切度,加强职业技能课程开发力度,逐步形成科学的社区教育课程开发机制,融入地方文化元素,打造名师,倡导生动活泼的授课方式。
The construction of community college lecture curriculums should be based on the perspective of the learners and the projected courses, according the wills and needs of the three groups of learners, i. e. , the seniors, the middle aged and the young mothers, increase the relevance of the courses, enhance the courses concerning professional skills, gradually forming a community education course developing mechanism, integrate with local cultural elements, create notable teachers, and advocate vivid and sprightly way of teaching.
