高校知识管理的行为研究与技术研究

论文分析了高校知识管理3个方面:行为研究、技术研究和综合研究。分析了行为研究中模型、组织机构、战略、文化、制度等知识管理理念。从知识生命周期分析了知识管理技术,包括知识识别、获取、开发、存储、传递、共享、利用和评价等工具和策略,并分析了集成化知识管理技术,包括知识管理系统、个人知识管理、电子协作平台、网站构建技术等。对高校知识管理行为和技术研究,为实施全面知识管理提供了方法、途径,分析了工具的适用性,为制定高校知识管理策略提供依据。

This paper analyzed three aspects of college knowledge management： behavior research, technology research and comprehensive research. First, this paper analyzed knowledge management ideas such as models, organization, strategy, culture, system in behavior research. Secondly, this paper analyzed knowledge management technologies from knowledge life cycle, including knowledge identifying, acquiring, development, storage, transfer, sharing, utilization and evaluation tools and strategies, and analyzed the integration technologies of knowledge management, including knowledge management system, personal knowledge management, electronic cooperation platform, website building technology, etc. This paper researched on behavior and technology of college knowledge management, and provided methods and approaches for comprehensive implementation of knowledge management, and analyzed the applicability of tools, and provided basis for making strategies of college knowledge management.
