摘要 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年来发现的一种非编码的小RNA,长度仅22个核苷酸左右,普遍介导基因转录后的调节,参与调控机体各种生理进程。miRNA与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文对miRNA的来源、合成、功能、与疾病的关系等方面研究进行综述。 MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are recently discovered a non -encoded small nucleotides, which not only regulating after gene transcription, And controling body. there is closely association between miRNA are and development of many this study include the source of miRNA, synthesis, function, and disease relatio RNA, about the length of only 22 in the physiological processes of diseases Review of the progress of nships.
