新型环保阻燃纸阻燃性能及机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 对采用BL-阻燃剂制备阻燃纸的阻燃性能及其阻燃机理进行了研究。阻燃剂的红外光谱表明,该阻燃剂是氮磷系阻燃剂。阻燃剂最佳浓度为20%,测定氧指数为41%,达到不燃的要求。采用扫描电镜及能谱法对阻燃纸的阻燃机理进行了探索。结果表明,纸张采用20%阻燃剂浓度处理时,阻燃剂主要形成直径约为10μm花朵形状的晶体吸附在纤维表面,而采用25%阻燃剂浓度处理时,则形成了直径大约为1μm的片状颗粒,紧密吸附在纤维表面。从能谱的分析结果也可看出,该阻燃剂中主要成分为氮和磷元素,也证明该阻燃剂属于氮磷系阻燃剂。 The flame retardancy of treated paper samples using BL-flame retardants and its mechanism were investigated in thks paper. The FT-IR and Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) results showed that flame retardants were mainly composed of nitrogen and phosphorus elements. Limiting oxygen index (LOI) could reach 41% as the flame retardants concentration was 20%, which was belonged to non-inflammable standard. SEM images of paper surface showed that the about lO/μm flow er-shaped and lμm flake-shaped crystal were deposited on the fiber surface as the treated flame retardants concentrations were 20% and 25%, respectively.
