我国标准制修订工作中存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Developing and Revising Standards Work in China

近年来,我国加大了标准制修订的力度,国家标准、行业标准及地方标准的数量和质量都有了很大的提高。但是,近期的一些重大质量安全事件及有关标准的争议,暴露出我国在标准制修订方面存在着一些问题。文章对这些问题进行了初步论述,同时提出了改进的意见和建议。

In recent years, China increased the standards of formulation and revision efforts, such as national standards,industry standards and local standards had a great development. However, some recent major events and the controversies about the standards of quality and safety revealed , there still are some problems in formulating and revising the standard system. In this article, there will be a preliminary discussion of these issues, and views and suggestions about how to improve it.
