摘要
文章主要研究了俄罗斯关于机动车辆的技术性贸易措施体系的特点及对我国机动车出口的壁垒作用。通过研究,从技术法规的角度提出了我国出口汽车、开拓国外市场的措施和意见,为我国质检系统检验监管做好服务。
