摘要
在重庆市统筹城乡户籍制度改革全面启动,快速城市化进程的背景下,对重庆市的公租房制度建设的发展现状、特点以及可能出现的问题进行分析研究比较,借鉴其他国家、地区公共租赁房制度的经验,提出了完善重庆市公共租赁房制度的策略和建议。
This paper analyzes the development status, features and the possible problems of the construction of public rental system in Chongqing in the background that the government starts to reform the urban and rural household registra- tion system and accelerates the urbanization. Meanwhile, it offers some proposals to improve public rental system of Chongqing via comparing and using the experience of other countries as reference.
