The Influence of Competitive Strategy and Incentive Mechanism on the Selection of SMEs' Technical Innovation Strategy——Taking SMEs in Sichuan as the Example

通过对四川省中小企业的实证研究,探讨了竞争战略与激励机制对企业技术创新策略选择的关系,发现不同的基本竞争战略和内部激励机制将对企业技术创新主体与技术创新来源选择产生不同形式的影响。与此同时,竞争战略和激励机制之间还存在着影响企业技术创新策略的交互作用。

This paper researches SMEs of Sichuan province, discusses the relation of competition strategy and incentive mechanism to the selection of enterprise technology innovation strategy, and finds that different basic competitive strate- gies and internal incentive mechanisms will produce different forms of influence on the selection of innovation subject and source. Meanwhile, competitive strategy and incentive mechanism interactively affect the innovation strategy.
