摘要
针对再制造系统库存的局限性,提出了制造与再制造系统混合库存模型,通过分析构成混合库存成本的因素,建立了单位周期内平均库存总成本与经济订货批量和再制造周期之间的变化关系,并通过数值分析得出,在保证不发生缺货的条件下,降低单位周期内平均库存总成本行之有效的措施是缩短再制造周期。
In order to overcome the limits of inventory of remanufacturing system, this paper proposes a hybrid inventory model of manufacturing / remaniffacturing system. By analyzing the factors which constitute the cost of hybrid inventory, it establishes the change relationship between the average total cost of inventory in unit cycle, EOQ and remanufacturing cycle. Besides, though numerical analysis, it obtains that, on the condition of ensuring that out of stock dose not occur, the effective way of reducing the average total cost of inventory in unit cycle is to shorten the remanufaeturing cycle.
