摘要
芦苇置换蒸煮的中试结果表明:芦苇的置换蒸煮过程可以顺利进行,一次置换出蒸煮锅内全部游离蒸煮液所需要的最少理论置换时间不足7min。苇片成浆过程软化对过滤速度影响不大,使合理的置换流量下降约20%。下进液、上出液的置换方式较好。置换蒸煮的效果优于本厂现行的连续蒸煮,浆的硬度下降近5个高锰酸钾值单位,而粗浆得率却高出2~5个百分点。
The pilot trial results show that the displacement cooking can be carried out smoothly, and the displacement of all free cooking liquor takes the minimum time of less than 7 minutes. Softening of reed chip in pulping has little effect on filtration velocity and the rational displacement flow can be reduced by 20 percent. It is better to adopt the displacement way of bottom inlet and upper outlet. The cooking effect is better than the present continuous cooking with the pulp hardness reduced by 5 KMnO4 units and the brown pulp yield raised by 2-5 percents.
