摘要
在体系效能评估中,SEA(system effectiveness analysis)方法可以结合体系自顶向下的使命分解和自底向上的能力聚合进行效能度量,避免了以往静态效能评估方法评估体系作战效能的局限性。运用SEA方法建立航空电子战体系效能评估模型,用动态的方法将使命任务与装备性能对应起来,以准确评估航空电子战体系作战能力。
The SEA method can do effectiveness analysis of SoS（system of systems） for airborne electronic warfare by combining with top-down decomposition of mission and bottom-up polymerization of ability, and the method eliminate limitations of original static effectiveness evaluation. The SEA（system effectiveness analysis） method is used to constitute the airborne electronic warfare effectiveness evaluation model and corresponding the equipment performance to the mission, which has some theoretical significance to the accurate assessment of combat capability of SoS for airborne electronic warfare system.
