摘要
大功率横轴式掘进机截割部行星齿轮功率的传递,能够传递得更紧凑,是以后大功率横轴式掘进机发展的方向。设计中根据圆柱、圆锥和行星传动的各个特点分配了其在截割头内部的布局,分配了相应的传动比,采用了空心套筒的布置方式把功率传递到截割头上面,解决了截割头轴向固定问题,能够最大限度地发挥行星齿轮减速器的性能。
