摘要
针对各厂家在确定提升机载荷检测装置检测报警值时存在的一些问题,依据提升机本身强度要求和煤矿安全规程中防滑要求,率先对报警值的确定进行了系统而完整的描述。在紧急制动防滑验算过程中,首次通过首先计算系统的减速度,然后代入动防滑验算式中进行计算,只是改变安全系数,避免了复杂的算术运算。
As many problems come out when the technologists determine the check process and the alarm value of the hoist load monitoring system,scientifically and firstly fixes the process and the value according to the hoist mechanical strength requirement and the antiskid requirement in coal mine safety regulations.During the antiskid requirements check of emergency brake,in order to simplify the calculation,the system carry out the acceleration,and then use the formula of dynamic antiskid parameter check,so the system only change the antiskid parameter.So it is accurate and easy to carry out.
