摘要
介绍了采煤机摇臂壳体材料对采煤机摇臂结构及整机性能的影响,通过对国外采煤机摇臂壳体材料进行成分分析、硬度分析和金相分析,比较了国内外壳体材料性能的优缺点,为国内采煤机摇臂结构形状优化及整机稳定性的提高提供了一定的参考。
The text introduces material of coal-winning machine rocker shell has affected on structure of rocker and stability of coal-wining machine,analyses overseas material of rocker shell in element,hardness and metallography,compares advantage and disadvantage of material of rocker shell domestic and overseas,and provides for some reference in structure optimization and stability of coal-wining machine.
