轮式装载机模块化研究

Research on Modularity of Loader

分析了目前轮式装载机的设计特点以及在面向客户的配置设计中的不足,提出了用模块化设计方法来解决在轮式装载机配置设计中存在的问题,同时给出了轮式装载机模块划分的原则、方法和模块划分的结果,并以转向液压系统模块为例说明了面向配置设计的模块库的配置规则和接口设计方法等。

A modular design method is proposed to solve problems of wheel loader configuration design,through analyzing characteristics of current design of wheel loaders and deficiencies of customer-oriented configuration design.Then,it also gives wheel loader module division principles,methods and results of module division.Finally,configuration rules of module library and interface design methods are illustrated by taking hydraulic steering system module as an example.
