箕斗提升防二次装载监测系统的实验研究

通过实验室功能实验台对箕斗提升过程的模拟,对箕斗提升防二次装载监测系统进行了功能模拟实验,实验表明,所研发的防二次装载监测系统能够完成对钢丝绳张力监测、超重报警、钢丝绳张力不平衡报警、未卸空报警及信息存贮等功能,其无线通信方式、硬件、软件基本上达到了系统设计功能要求,能实现对多绳提升系统箕斗防二次装载、防钢丝绳张力不平衡等保护功能。

The function experiment was done to anti-secondary loading system of skip by simulation its winding process on laboratory function test device.The results show that system can accomplish functions of rope tension monitoring,overweight,tension imbalance of rope,not discharge empty alarms and information storage.Its wireless communication mode,hardware,software achieved basically design requirements and can realize functions of system preventing secondary loading of skip and tension imbalance of winding ropes.
