摘要
二级行星架是采煤机截割部双行星减速机构中受力情况最复杂,传递力和扭矩最大的零件之一。利用Siemens NX分析软件对该行星架进行结构和强度分析,并对其进行结构优化,对比优化前后分析结果,并验证行星减速机构中的行星架结构强度和刚度满足设计要求。对其他同类机械的结构设计及优化研究具有一定的参考价值。
The secondary planet frame is one of part who has the most complex situation by force,and the largest force and torque transmission in double planetary reduction gear drive system of cutting unit of shearer.Using the software Siemens NX to analyse structure,strength and the structure optimization for the planet frame,contrast optimization analysis results,and verification the planet frame structure strength and stiffness content the design requirements.For other similar mechanical structure design and optimization study has certain reference value.
