全液压动力头式钻机拖板的应力分析

Finite Elements Analyzing for Pallet of All Hydraulic Power Head Type Drilling Rig

应用CAD软件,对ZDY6000LD(A)型全液压坑道钻机配用的大功率打捞回转器拖板进行三维建模,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行结构分析。模拟了拖板在钻机给进和起拔工况下拖板的应力、应变分布情况,论证了所设计拖板结构的合理性,并对今后同类产品的设计提供了参考依据。

By the application of CAD,establish the pallet model of salvage gyrator used in ZDY6000LD（A） all hydraulic power head type drilling rig is established,and it is analyzed by the usage of ANSYS.The stress and strain distribution of pallet in the feeding and pulling conditions are simulated,which proved the rationality of the pallet and provide a reference for the designing of these kinds products.
