采煤机摇臂壳体有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis for Rock Arm Shell of Shearer

为了给采煤机摇臂壳体结构和强度的设计提供理论依据,通过分析采煤机摇臂滚筒端截煤时的受力情况,给出了摇臂壳体计算模型的边界条件,对采煤机摇臂壳体进行受力计算,并利用ANSYS对摇臂壳体进行有限元分析,对摇臂壳体结构进行优化。

In order to supply the theory basis of frame and strength design for the shearer＇s rock arm shell,the force conditions of working drum is analysed and use ANSYS to do the finite element analysis.The superior frame is obtained by conclusion of analysis.
