摘要
系统介绍了矿用刮板输送机减速器的密封、轴承、齿轮等零件失效形式,并对零件各类型的失效形式加以综合分析,结合应用实践经验总结了消除或减缓失效的技术补偿方法。以在煤矿井下使用及修理经验的体会为主,进行了问题探讨,值得其他应用场合借鉴。
The scraper conveyor for mining reducer seals,bearings,gears and other parts failure modes are analysed,and various types of failure modes of parts to be a comprehensive analysis,combined with practical application of lessons learned to eliminate or mitigate the failure of technology compensation.Thesis and repair in the coal mine experience using the experience-based,for the problem discussed reference for other applications.
