虚拟疲劳分析技术在液压支架设计中的应用

摘要 对液压支架顶梁开展虚拟疲劳寿命预测研究,通过对液压支架进行虚拟疲劳强度试验及寿命预估,不但可以对现行液压支架进行剩余寿命评估,而且能有效地指导新型液压支架的开发,提高国内液压支架的设计水平,具有十分重要的理论意义和实用价值。 The simulated fatigue life cycle prediction is studied.Through the simulated fatigue test and life cycle prediction conducted to the hydraulic powered roof support,it could not only predict the remaining life cycle of the current hydraulic powered roof support,but also effectively guide the RD of new type hydraulic powered roof support,so as to improve the domestic design level of hydraulic powered roof support,which has very important theoretical significance and practical value.
