摘要
提升机作为煤矿中的重要设备,其故障率对于煤炭的安全高效生产有着极为重要的作用。在详细分析了煤矿提升机工作环境和工作特性的基础上,建立了提升机齿轮箱振动的数学模型,分析了速度和载荷变化情况下的提升机齿轮箱振动的特点,分析了变工况条件下齿轮箱故障信号的分布特征,为变工况条件下提升机齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了一定的理论基础。
The hoist being important equipment of coal mine,the failure of it has large effect on production of mine.On basic of detailed analysis of mine hoist work environment and job characteristics,hoist gearbox vibration model is established,article analyzed vibration characteristics of hoist gear box under condition in which speed and load of gears is changed.What's more,list distribution of gearbox fault signal under variable condition,and it is wished that article can provide some theoretical basis for hoist gearbox fault diagnosis.
