摘要
我国的高等教育在经历二十多年的改革与跨越式发展之后,以其规模、速度和数量为指标的外延式发展已达到与其以结构、效益和质量为指标的内涵式发展不相适应的程度,尤其是与素质教育目标的价值追求有一定的差距。高等教育必须在外延式发展的基础上全力步入内涵式发展的轨道,如此才能肩负起提升全民族文化素质的重任。
After more than twenty years development,China's high education cannot reach the level of quality education and its denotative development including size,speed and quantity is out of proportion to its connotational development including structure,interest and quality.Connotatiional development rather than denotative development of high education can shoulder the responisibility of promoting national culture quality.
