肠易激综合征抗抑郁治疗的现状及问题 被引量：5

摘要 肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrom，IBS）是常见的慢性功能性胃肠道疾病之一，现在普遍认为，IBS是多因素相互作用的结果，可能与精神心理因素、内脏高敏感性、胃肠动力学异常、免疫异常、感染等多方面因素有关[1-3]。目前，IBS的临床治疗仍以药物治疗为主，由于常用的解痉剂、胃肠动力调节药物等不能完全缓解患者肠道症状，且多数IBS患者伴有精神心理异常[4]。因此，
