摘要
河南省广播电视发射塔基础工程施工中采用大直径超长钻孔灌注桩及桩底和桩侧后注浆施工技术。根据工程难点和设计参数,介绍该塔基础施工中桩侧及桩端的后注浆施工工艺和施工方案,提出施工质量保证措施。结果表明:基础施工后注浆技术解决了钻孔灌注桩桩底后注浆的施工和质量控制要求,达到了后注浆技术改善桩端持力层和桩周土的状况、提高桩的端承力和桩侧摩阻力的效果,使桩的综合承载力得到大幅度提高,同时有效地控制了桩基沉降。
Large-diameter super-long punching piles and post grouting technology were adopted in the construction of Henan TV tower. According to difficulty and design parameters, construction technology and scheme were introduced, and construction quality ensuring measures were put forward. The results showed that the construction quality control of piles bottom post grouing of bored piles was solved, supporting course at piles end and the soil layers around the piles were improved, the synthetic bearing capacity of piles was greatly improved and piles foundation settlement was controlled effectively.
