The Development of Plain Forest and Its Revelation

介绍了平原林业概念及其曲折的发展历程。通过统计分析,表明改革开放以来原本人均森林资源并不丰裕的平原地区林业取得了快速的发展。研究结果认为,林权改革、林产工业发展和经济发展水平是平原林业发展的主要原因。最后,提出了平原林业发展经验带来的启示。

This study introduced the concept of plain forest and its tortuous development course. Statistical analysis showed that forest had been developed rapidly in the plain region since the reform and opening up, where had litter per capita forestry resources during the past. The results showed that forest tenure reform, the development of forest industries and the level of economic development were the main reasons why plain forest developed rapidly. Finally, five revelations were proposed.
