On the Trust Violation and Repair in the Field of Organizational Behavioral

摘要 信任违背在当代社会经常发生,并成为组织行为学中的基本研究问题。组织行为学中对信任修复的研究主要存在三种理论视角:归因、社会平衡和可信度谈判。缺乏统一的理论框架且实证方法过于依赖实验室实验,是制约该主题研究推进的重要因素。信任修复中的时间因素、情景和情绪因素对信任修复的影响以及对修复效果的客观评估等议题是未来值得研究的方向。整合三种研究视角,从认知、社会和互动角度深化研究内容、拓展研究领域,可能是信任修复研究蓬勃发展的必经之路。 Trust violation is not rare in temporary society so trust repair is a fundamental issue in L/O field. There are three main theoretical perspectives for the restoration of trust in organizational behavior research : attribution, social balance and credibility of the negotiations. That Lack of a unified theoretical framework and the empirical method is too dependent on laboratory experiments, are the important factors to restrict the study to promote the theme. Those topics such as the time factor of the confidence repair, scenarios and emotional factors on the repair of trust and objective assessment of the effect of restoration and other issues are worthy of future research directions. The integration of three kinds of research perspectives, from cognitive, social studies content and interactive may be the only way to deepen and expand the field of study on restoration of trust.
