为了让用户更加方便地使用图书馆购买或自开发的数据库,北京师范大学图书馆利用MetaLib X-Server接口设计和实现数据库导航系统,能够为用户提供包括数据库利用课件、使用技巧、咨询电话等在内的更加丰富全面的数据库使用信息,并实现增加数据库链接到用户收藏夹及同一数据库制作者不同子库的合并、分组、隐藏与显示等功能。
