完善职工医疗保险个人账户功能的对策思考——基于福建省的实证调研

Consideration on Suggestion of Improving of Personal Account of Medical Insurance

当前对于是否应该取消职工医疗保险个人账户存在诸多争论,归其原因是在个人账户使用和管理上存在许多问题。本文通过对福建省职工医保个人账户使用情况调研,先详细分析了现行职工医疗保险个人账户存在的具体问题,然后在职工医疗保险个人账户的支付范围和服务管理方面,提出了完善职工医保个人账户功能的具体措施和建议。

Currently,there is much argument about whether abolishing personal account of medical insurance or not.The main reason is there are much problems on personal account of medical insurance.Through the researching of personal account in Fujian province,this paper analyzes the problems of personal account,and gives suggestions on improving personal account.
