大学生应征入伍是我国高等教育普及化时代高校毕业生就业新的热点。多方面的原因促使了高校毕业生到军营建功立业,为进一步吸引更多的高校毕业生到部队,可以从抓好政策落实、营造大学生士兵成长的良好环境、建设部队和高校沟通机制、做好高校毕业生退伍后的安置工作等方面着手,切实推进我国国防建设。

College students＇ joining the army is the new spot in the employment of college graduates in times of popularization of high education.There are various reasons for the college graduates to join the army and make contribution.In order to attract graduates to the army,we should pay attention to the implementation of policy,create the good environment for the student soldiers to grow,build the communication mechanism between the troop and high learning institutions and do a good job in arrangement and resettlement of demobilized college students to effectively promote the national defense.
