大学生思想政治教育“以人为本”的路径思考

Reflection on the people-first ideological and political education of college students

概念化、形式化、理想化的传统思想政治教育模式已经失去存在的合理性,高校思想政治教育工作必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以人为本,核心是尊重学生的主体地位,方法是要发挥学生的参与精神,目标是要促进学生的全面发展。思想政治教育要唤起和激发学生内在的教育需要,做好教育方式的三个转变,广泛开展兴趣活动和社会实践活动,突现教育实效。

The traditional ideological and political education which has been conceptualized,formalized and idealized has lost its rationality.The ideological and political education of high learning institutions should implement the view on scientific development and adopt the people-first principle.Its core is to respect students＇ subject position.Its method is to develop students＇ spirit of participation and its aim is to promote students＇ full development.The ideological and political education should arouse and stimulate students＇ inherent education demand,do a good job in three transformations of education way,widely carry out interest activities and social practice activities so as to achieve the effect of education.
