摘要
轧辊的等离子弧粉末堆焊修复方式具有质量高、修复周期短等优点,应实际生产的需求,研制了一台等离子弧粉末堆焊设备。详细阐述了该设备的控制过程和原理、硬件组成及其控制程序流程设计。该设备以PLC为控制核心,辅以触摸屏进行堆焊参数的设置和修改,并实时显示堆焊过程中的参数状态;为了让焊炬具有快速摆动和精确定位的功能,以保证堆焊质量,在设备的焊炬摆动系统中用伺服系统替换常用的步进驱动系统。实践证明,使用该设备进行轧辊的等离子弧粉末堆焊,能够获得较好的堆焊效果。
The repair method of plasma arc powder surfacing for roller has the advantages of high quality,short repair cycle and so on. The equipment for plasma arc powder surfacing is developed responded to the actual production requirement.This paper expatiates on the control process and principle,the composition of hardware and the design of the control program flow.PLC is the core of this device,supplemented by the touch screen to set and modify the welding parameters and display the state of welding process parameters.In order to make the welding torch have the capabilities of oscillating quickly and positioning accurately to ensure the welding quality,a servo system is used instead of the stepper drive system commonly used in the oscillating system.Practice has proved that good welding effect can be achieved with this equipment during the factual production.
