摘要 为了避免TIG焊机引弧时高频高压对数据采集器的损害,通过在焊接电路中接入霍尔电流传感器、电磁继电器和瞬变电压抑制二极管(TVS)等硬件,设计了系统保护电路。根据焊机引弧情况控制电路的通断:当焊机高频高压引弧时,继电器自动断开电弧电压与采集器的连接;焊接正常工作,没有高频高压时,焊机电弧电压与采集器自动连接。该系统能够使采集器避免引弧高频高压干扰。同时设计滤波、稳压、隔离电路,避免采集器被瞬间高频高压干扰,保护系统稳定。试验表明:该防护电路能够在电弧出现高频高压时自动断开,滤除瞬态高压信号,保护了采集器和计算机。 In order to prevent high frequency and voltage from damaging data collector when TIG welding is striking,we have designed a safeguard electrocircuit through hall electrical sensor,electromagnetic relay and Transient Voltage Suppressor etc.This system controls electrocireuit turn on or turnoff:arc voltage is connected with data collector when the welding is striking,the ~lay is turnoff; the relay is turn on when high frequency and voltage happen.This system protects acquisition cireuit to avoid high-pressure arc. interference. Meanwhile design a filter circuit,voltage regulator and optical coupler,the date collected was not interfered,the system was stable. Experiment proves that this safeguard circuit disconnect when the welding is striking,to remove high transient vohage.h protects data collector and industrial computer.
