摘要
把"人文关怀"和"心理疏导"理念与党的思想政治工作联系起来,不仅使其内涵得到了深化,而且,它也是对"以人为本,实现人的全面发展"的时代诠释,较大地丰富了高校思想政治工作的内涵。实践证明,在思想政治工作中,注重人文关怀、心理疏导的有效尝试,可以达到事半功倍的工作效果。
The combination of humanistic concern and psychological counseling with the Party＇s ideological and political education not only deepens its connotation but also embodies the prevailing idea of＂people first＇and＂realize peoples all- round development＂. Facts have shown that the attempt to emphasize humanistic concern and psychological counseling in ideological and political education can get more done in less time and achieve better results.
