摘要
课堂教学是培养高职学生职业心理素质的重要途径,针对高职学生职业心理素质的若干特点和高职院校职业心理素质培养现状。以管理学教学为例,着重探讨培养高职学生职业心理素质的课堂教学方法:案例教学法、课堂演讲法和情景模拟法。从而全面提升高职学生的职业心理素质。
Classroom teaching is an important way to train students" professional psychological qualities. Taking Management as an example, the paper explores some training methods used in classroom teaching such as case study, making a speech, simulation, etc. in order to fully promote students" professional psychological qualities.
