摘要
本文报道了人血清酪氨酸蛋白激酶微量快速测定方法,并对该酶的性质进行了初步研究。发现Mn^(2+)刺激活性高于Mg^(2+),并且Mn^(2+)的最大激活浓度为5mmol/L左右。我们利用这一方法,测定了白血病患者及正常人的血清酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性,发现患者血清中该酶活性约是正常血清中的2.3倍。
In this paper, a rapid microassay method of tyrosine protein kinase (TPK) in human serum was reported. The properties of the enzyme were preliminarily identified.The results indicated that the stimulation of Mn2+ to the enzyme was higher than Mg2+, and the best stimulating concentration of Mn2+ was about 5m mol/L. with this method, the TPK activities in sera from leukemic patients and healthy donors were measured. By comparison, the TPK activity in sera from leukemic patients was about 2.3-fold higher than that in normal control.
