探索中医预防保健人才的培养路径

Explore on personnel training path for the prevention and healthcare of traditional Chinese medicine

目前"治未病"健康工程顺利开展。为构建中医预防保健服务体系,要有与之相适应的中医预防保健人才,本文分析了三类预防保健人才的培养和培训方式及准入标准,高层次人才的培养应立足于院校培养,职业技能型人才应通过培训,形成新的职业技能类别。各类人才有相应的培养或培训定位及要求。

The ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ health project is going forward well.There must be corresponding professional talents of TCM to build the system of prevention and healthcare of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper analyzes the training methods of three types of health prevention personnel and the access standards,it should be based on institutions for high level personnel training,and for skilled personnel,and it should be trained from the vocational programs and formed a new vocational skills classification.All kinds of personnel need the appropriate training medthods.
