脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复治疗及护理分析

Analysis of early rehabilitation of the patients with stroke hemiplegia and nursing experience

目的:分析脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复的治疗方法以及护理体会。方法:选取在我院治疗的62例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组在药物治疗的基础上进行常规护理,治疗组采取早期康复护理。比较两组的临床效果。结果:经过治疗与护理,治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组为74.2%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无并发症发生。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复治疗可以有效地帮助患者降低肢体残疾程度。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of early rehabilitation of the patients with stroke hemiplegia and nursing experience.Methods： 62 cases of acute stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group（31 cases） and control group（31 cases）.The control group was treated by the conventional care based on the drugs,and the treatment group was treated by the early rehabilitation care.The efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.3%,and was 74.2% in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment and care,there was no complication in the two groups.Conclusion： Early rehabilitation can help patients with stroke hemiplegia reduce physical disability.
