我院创伤院前急救现状调查分析及护理对策

The investigation of the actuality and nursing strategy in hospital trauma first-aid

目的：分析我院创伤的院前救护状况,提出比较完善的创伤院前急救护理,提高急诊医护人员的院前急救意识,发挥护士主观能动性,降低病死率和伤残率。方法：对我院急诊科2007年1月-2010年2月参与527次创伤院前急救进行分析,从患者伤情和到达现场施救所需的时间,分析创伤院前急救的影响因素。结果：527次创伤院前急救中,重伤（包括脑部、胸部、腹部、多发性、骨折创伤）占70.8%;医护人员到达现场施救所需的时间在0-10 min占16.9%,11-20 min占61.1%,21-30 min占14.2%,〉30 min占7.8%。结论：提高医护人员院前急救意识,提高急救基础理论知识及急救技能,改善交通状况,在本市实行＂120＂急救网络统一指挥中心,是完善创伤院前急救的重要举措。

Objective： To analyze the status of the trauma first-aid and propose the comprehensive trauma first aid care in order to improve the first-aid awareness and subjective initiative of emergency medical personnel and reduce the mortality rate and disability rate.Methods： The data of 527 cases of trauma first-aid in our hospital from January 2007 to February 2010 were analyzed,and the influences of trauma first-aid was analyzed based on the time spent on the way to the scene.Results： Among 527 cases of trauma first-aid,critically injured（including brain,chest,abdomen,multiple trauma,fracture） accounted for 70.8%;the time spent on the way to the scene ranged from 0 to 10 min,which accounted for 16.9%,while from 11 to 20 min accounted for 61.1%,from 21 to 30 min accounted for 14.2%,and 〉30 min accounted for 7.8%.Conclusion： It is very important to perfect trauma first-aid by improving the first-aid awareness and basic skills of medical personnel and implementing the ＂120＂ emergency network unified command center in the city.
