社区老年高血压患者心理干预的效果观察

Effect observation of psychological intervention in community elderly hypertensive patients

目的:探讨心理干预对老年高血压患者的效果。方法:将61例高血压患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组31例。两组均给予生活方式干预及口服降压药物,观察组在口服药物的同时给予心理干预,3个月后观察两组的血压水平。结果:两组患者血压均有下降,但观察组血压下降更明显,达标率高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预对老年高血压的治疗有辅助作用。

Objective： To investigate the psychological intervention effects in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods： 61 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（30 cases） and control group（31 cases）.Two groups were given antihypertensive drugs and lifestyle intervention,the observation group were given psychological intervention at the same time,and the blood pressure levels were observed between the two groups after three months treatment.Results： The blood pressure of two groups all decreased,but the observation group decreased more obviously,and its standard rate was higher,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The psychological intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has a supportive effect.
