摘要
唐山作为一个资源型城市，正处于经济结构调整阶段。高等职业教育应为地方产业调整升级服务。通过转变思想观念，进行专业设置与专业结构调整，优化教学内容和课程体系，加强校内外实训基地建设，创新人才培养模式。
As a resource-based city, Tangshan is in the stage of adjustment of industrial structure. The higher vocational education should serve forthe local industrial upgrading. We should change our concepts in order to innovate in the talent cultivation model, adjust the setting and structure of specialtiy,optimize the teaching contents and curriculum system and strengthen the off-campus training base construction.
