高职会计专业“后订单、广订单”人才培养模式的探讨

Post-order-style and Vast-order-style Talent Cultivation Model for Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

探索和实践“订单式”人才培养已成为高职人才培养模式改革的重要组成部分。实践证明“订单式”培养优势明显，针对高职会计专业也存在一定的不足，本文提出了“后订单、广订单”人才培养模式，解决了普通“订单式”培养模式在高职会计专业上的不适应。

The paper puts forward the post-order-style and vast-order-style talent cultivation model in order to remove the defects of order-style talent cultivation model.
