舟山休闲渔业发展中妇女角色变迁调查研究

Investigation of the Changing of Social Roles of Fishing Women during the Leisure Fishery Development in Zhoushan

随着舟山渔农村社会经济体制改革的深入及渔农村产业结构的调整,渔农村妇女社会角色发生了变化,在渔农村经济增长中的作用日渐凸显。文章以舟山地区渔农村产业结构对渔村妇女的影响为切入点,分析渔农村产业结构调整中渔农村妇女的角色变迁及其影响,提出发展休闲渔业、吸收渔村妇女剩余劳动力,以寻找新的经济增长点;政府应在政策制定、研究工作以及数据统计中,将社会性别意识纳入公共政策决策主流,切实实现性别主流化。

With the deepening of the reform of the economic system in fishing village in Zhoushan and industrial structure adjustment,women in fishing villages have changed their social roles and played a main role in economic growth.In this paper,the author starts with the effect of Zhoushan＇s industrial structure on women in fishing villages,attempting to analyze how Zhoushan＇s industrial structure adjustment influence woman in fishing villages to change their roles.The paper also offer some proposals such as to seek a new economic growth point by developing recreational fisheries and absorbing the surplus women labor force.In policy-making,work development and data statistics,governments ought to put the gender consciousness in the mainstream of public policy decisions so as to implement the gender mainstreaming.
