社会复合主体推进高端服务业发展运作机制研究

The Operation Mechanism Research on Promoting High-end Service Development by Relying on Social Composite Subjects

大力发展高端服务业是实现经济转型升级、增强辐射力度、提升竞争力的重要途径。分析如何推进高端服务业快速、稳步的发展,对我国经济转型升级意义重大。本文研究了社会复合主体创造发展高端服务业所需条件的可行性。针对各类高端服务业项目建设及运作过程中不同主体的作用和地位,将社会复合主体分为三类,并研究了不同类型社会复合主体推进高端服务业发展的运作机制。

Developing high-end service is an important way to achieve economic transformation and upgrading,and enhance radiation intensity and competitiveness.To analyze how to promote the fast and steady development of high-end service is vital to the transformation and upgrading of China＇s economy.This paper analyzed the feasibility of developing high-end services by relying on social compound subjects.The social compound subjects can be divided into three types according to the function and position of different subjects in the process of different high-end service projects constructions and operations.The paper concludes with the discussion on the operating mechanism for different types of social compound subjects to prompt the development of high-end service.
