摘要 在海洋人才培养体系建构中,教育主体结构、学科专业结构和人才素质结构是三个关键性结构层面,应当立足以人才培养为浙江海洋经济发展持续提供重要战略资源的高度,对这三重结构的要素扩充、关系优化和功能强化进行战略性思考与谋划,在海洋教育主体层面,致力于主体力量的多向扩展,主体阵势的有序布设,主体关系的协调互动;在涉海学科专业层面,对结构布局做出合理化设计,对发展走向做出适应性调整,形成协调发展的结构关系;在人才素质结构层面,体现海洋人才素质基础的宽度追求,满足从事海洋事业的特殊要求,实现人才素质结构的差异化设计。 In the construction of the training system of marine talents,there are three key structural aspects: the education subject structure,discipline and specialty structure,and personnel quality structure.The factor expansion,relation optimization and function strengthening all require strategic thinking and designing in order to continuously offer the main strategic resources for the marine economic development in Zhejiang through training talents.For the marine education subjects,the force should be expanded multi-directionally,the battle array arranged orderly and the relations interacted cooperatively.As for the marine discipline and specialty,it is necessary to reasonably design their structural layout,to appropriately adjust their development trend and to establish the structural relation for coordinated development.For the last structural aspect of talent quality,its foundation width should be embodied,the special demands for the marine cause satisfied,and the design of the talent quality structure differentiated.
