On the Cooperative Style between the Institution of Higher Learning and Its Local Government and Enterprise——A case study of Zhejiang Ocean University

高等院校应与地方政府和企业建立起合作长效机制,采取对构建组织体系、搭建合作平台、提供制度保证的措施,在实践中开启校地校企产学研结合、服务社会的新思路,有效提升自身的科技创新能力和人才培养质量,走出鲜明的办学特色之路。

An institution of higher learning should have the long-term mechanism for the cooperation with its local government and its local enterprise,and should take measures such as establishing organization system,building cooperative platform,providing some policies for guarantee.Some new ideas about the combination of industry,education,research and about serving the society will derive from the practice in the collaboration between the institution and its local government,and its local enterprise.The institution should also improve its skills in sci-tech innovation and the quality in talent training for the characterized school running.
